This committee supports Prisma Negev, an exciting new center that encourages and supports BGU scholars, students, and departments in partnering with local government, industry, civil society, and innovation centers, to enable every child and resident of the Negev to realize their full potential. Using AI to improve the effectiveness of municipalities, supporting Bedouin teenagers  in pursuing entrepreneurship and university studies, and encouraging IDF soldiers stationed in the Negev to engage with local communities, are just a few of these projects.
