This part of the training is divided into two weekends one after the other, and will be translated into russian.

As our physical body has a certain structure of bones, muscles, and tissues, so do our 7 energy bodies in the aura. Each energy body is related to one of the 7 chakras in our physical body. We will learn the chakra map both experientially and theoretically and discover the qualitative differences of energy in each chakra.

The theoretical aspect will refer to:

the chakra map,

the aura,

the hara,

healthy and unhealthy expressions of each chakra and yin and yang energy.

Module 1 gives a profound understanding of the 7 chakra system and is the basis for the Energy Reading Training in Module 2.

This training module teaches us to read and map energy and chakras of others and facilitate a transformation toward individual growth. By learning step by step to trust our intuition, we can allow to let go of the rationality and projections of the mind while reading: this way we are clearing the way for perception of subtle vibrations and energies through the doorway of the heart chakra and the third eye.

Skills of Energy Reading:

• Perception Clarity: Intuition of the Heart
• Discovering the Transformational Quality of each chakra and of the whole energy system
• Practicing energy readings for all chakras plus inner male and female energies
• Listening and communication skills to support the Transformational Quality of awareness and acceptance
• Giving a diagnostic map of the chakra energies

Module 3 of the OSHO Energy Counselling Training is for all who have completed Module 1 and 2 of the OSHO Energy Counselling Training. We will use the chakra map that you are already trained in.
Module 3 consists mainly of a 6 session teaching. Each participant will learn how to give a series of 6 sessions, each session related to a different chakra. The teaching will be theoretical as well as a practical session exchange between the participants.

Additionally there will be teachings on:

general counseling skills
submodalities
framing a session
facilitating the basic OSHO meditations

The training will enable you to responsibly advise people in which direction they need to work with themselves and which resources they already have. You will help them use these resources on their journey to self exploration and development.

The OSHO Energy Counseling Training is based on OSHO’s insights on Meditation and Therapy. Therapy provides the ground for meditation. Opposite to classical Freudian psychology, the OSHO therapist learns to meet the client with a presence of love and respect and to be more present as a friend.

“The therapist has to be a real friend. He has to show his compassion, his love, his understanding. He has to make the patient feel that for the first time he is being respected as an individual, as a human being. If you start playing God, he is again humiliated. That's what he has been suffering his whole life in the world.

The priest is playing God, the politician is playing God, and there are small gods, the whole hierarchy. The Hindu religion has thirty-three million gods. Perhaps they need so many for a hierarchy to run this whole universe, the whole bureaucracy. And then there are small gods everywhere...

A therapist has to be humble, has to be a friend. He is not a priest; he is not there to dictate your life. He is there simply to stand you on your feet. He is not going to walk on your behalf. If you fall he will help you to get up again, but you have to walk on your own. Everybody has to walk on his own.“ (OSHO: The Last Testament, Vol. 2, Chapter #16)

Prem Sugandho is a senior OSHO therapist with over 25 years of experience facilitating workshops all over the world. Her educational background includes university degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Education. Additionally, she has studied and experienced many
alternative methods such as meditation, Reiki, Chakra Alchemy, Neo-Reichian Pulsation (Breathing), Hypnosis, NLP, Sexual Deconditioning, Childhood Deconditioning and Primal-based work. Sugandho has been an OSHO disciple since 1980 and combines her professional knowledge of Western ways with alternative Eastern methods. She is directing the OSHO Institute for Inner-Alchemy and Meditation, leads Chakra Alchemy workshops, and offers private sessions.
