The Rebbe Rabbi Natanel Shriki Shalita, known as "Baal Hanes", he was born and raised in Netivot, the next generation in the line of rabbis. The Rebbe's remarkable work is known for his ability to assist women with fertility blessings, matchmaking, and he is a consultant to people from all walks of life, including government officials, ministers, members of the Knesset, businessmen and economics, and more. His main focus is on fundraising for charitable organizations, establishing additional Torah study centers, and for food packages that are sent to hundreds of families.
In recent years, the Rebbe has amassed hundreds of enthusiastic followers, including senior public figures, top-tier businessmen, singers, athletes and other celebrities. The Rebbe is truly an exceptional individual who performed miracles and brought love and hope to many people worldwide. His work with women struggling with childbirth, his matchmaking and pairing skills, healing, redemption of souls, and his counseling and leadership abilities are just a few examples of his numerous talents. Perhaps what is most inspiring about our Rabbi is his generosity, kind-heartedness, and his dedication to helping others. He is a true blessing to our community and the world at large.

Every Friday, the Rebbe conducts a 'Taanit Dibbur' (speech fast), opening the gates of heaven through which many are saved.

Despite the family affiliation, this is a not really conventional rabbi. After completing his studies at Yeshiva in Netivot, Shriki chose to enlist in the IDF and served as a soldier in Givati. Immediately upon his release he returned to study Torah, and later decided to devote much of his time to address the public and studying Torah in the yeshiva he founded.

The Rebbe receives an average of over a hundred people a day for personal counseling at his residence in Netivot and throughout the country.

One of the outstanding examples of the Rebbe's remarkable work is his ability to help women who have struggled with infertility. Through his prayers, guidance and support, many women who had given up hope of bringing a child into the world succeeded in conceiving and bringing new life into existence. This gift of life transformed the lives of these women and their families, erving as a testament to the power of faith and perseverance.

The Rebbe helps many people find the love of their lives and marry. Whether through his matchmaking skills, advice on relationships and communication, or his prayers and blessings, he has brought together numerous couples who might not have met otherwise. These marriages were characterized by love, respect and mutual support, becoming a source of inspiration and hope for others seeking their soulmate.
