Following the Youth Climate Conference held at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev on March 27, 2025—an initiative jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and the Goldman-Sonnenfeldt School of Sustainability and Climate Change, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Israeli Climate Forum, and other partners—high school students this week presented their policy recommendation document for addressing the climate crisis in Israel to the President of the State. The document is the outcome of a learning and in-depth exploration process, as part of the national effort to promote sustainable environmental policy.
