Dr. Fledel is holding a Doctorate in Engineering and Systems Dynamics at the University of Maryland, PhD. For over 20 years he has held various leading positions in the aviation world. Joined Siemens in 2012 as CEO of STE and since 2015 CEO of Siemens Israel.

Dr. Zhao joined Siemens in March 2009. Over the years he has held the following posts: Component Design Group Lead in Gas Turbine Components; Program Manager Gas Turbine Technology, Development of Advance Design Methods; Head of the Gas Turbine R&D team in China; General Manager of the Gas Turbine Unit in China, involving development of the Gas Turbine Collaboration Model, support for the new Sales setup, Large Gas Turbine and Generator Licensing and Subcontracting Business, Large Gas Turbine Project Management, and Technology and Innovation activities in connection with the Power and Gas Division in China.
 
From 2005 to 2009 he was employed at the GE Global Research Center in Niskayuna, New York. He collaborated closely with GE Aviation, GE Energy and the Boeing Company on various projects relating to the Design, Manufacturing and Inspection of Aero Engine, Gas Turbine and Aircraft components.
 
Dr. Zhao obtained a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing

Currently Head of Business Administration and Digitalization for the Power and Gas Service Business within Region Europe located in Berlin, Germany.

Frank joined Siemens in August 1999. He worked within several Divisions of the Siemens AG as Senior Product Manager. As a Senior Project Manager he led complex customer projects all over the world.
 
Currently Frank works for the team that develops the most recent Siemens Gas Turbine, the HL-class. He is responsible for introducing the product and the solutions into the Market.
 
Frank holds a degree of Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Dresden.

Chen has a deep understanding of a wide range of industries including energy, natural resources, defense industries, chemicals, transportation, communications, infrastructure and airports. Mr. Herzog holds an M.A. in Economics from the Tel Aviv University. Ben Collar is the Head of Industrial Cyber and Digital Security in Europe for Siemens Power Generation Services, supporting customers in their journey to secure critical energy infrastructure. Previously Ben worked for Siemens’ internal research and development unit, leading delivery of tactical cyber-security consulting and innovative, long-range cyber-security research. Ben has been with Siemens for nearly 15 years and has held roles as director of R&D, software development manager and software engineer and has been featured in numerous publications on topics like innovation and critical infrastructure.
